We know these things happen. Don’t worry though, your account won’t be cancelled until your payment fails 4 times. 

If you pay by credit card and your card information changed, you can go to your Account Page, and scroll down to the subscription section. Once there, you will see an “Update Billing Details” button to the right. Click on that and fill out your new card information. 

If you paid by PayPal, please ensure that there are adequate funds in your account so taht the payment will process when it’s tried again. NOTE: THere is no way to change when PayPal will attempt to take paymebts or push the payment through.

Payment will automatically be tried again by our payment processors 24 hours after a failed payment and then again in 48 hours if that 2nd try failed. However, at that time, you will lose access to any subscriptions that you may have (not one time purchases), until a successful payment has been made. 

If your subscription is cancelled due to failed payments, you will need to sign up with a new subscription if you would like to regain access to the Membership area.

Please contact us on the Support page if you have any further questions about failed payments. 

Please go to your Account Page and scroll down to the subscriptions. Is your membership active?

If your membership is active, then please try logging out of the account, clearing your browser cache and then logging back in again. 

If this DOESN’T fix the issue, then please contact us on the Support page and let us know what you’re seeing. 

You can cancel your account at any time by going to your Account Page and scrolling down the page to the the Subscriptions area. There, you will see an option to ‘Cancel’ to the right of your current subscription. 

Click the cancel link, and then confirm on the next page.

Once your account is cancelled, you will retain access to your subscription until the current subscription period ends. And you can always rejoin anytime in the future. 

So PLEASE cancel your account BEFORE your next payment is due. We are based in the United States (central time). If you’re unsure what time your account is going to renew, please just make sure and cancel 48 hours before your subscription renews. You can cancel as far in advance as you want and still retain access until the end of the current subscription period.

Yes. We do take new work from time to time, however, our main goal is on PPC Video Training.com. 

With that said, our client load is usually full, but we do have occassional openings.
